The Port Coquitlam Christian Assembly Church at the comer of Cameron & Taylor is expanding its facilities. This expansion includes a larger Church and creation of a new paved parking lot on the western portion of their property. (See figure No. 1). While excavating for the parking lot it was noted that a water course from the City lane was draining onto this Church area making it soggy and unstable.
