May 27, 1992/1127 Mr. Steve Clark, 3194 Rae Street, inquired where the construction access would be and Alderman Gates advised that it would not be from Rae Street. He also asked regarding sidewalks on Rae Street and Mayor Traboulay aivised these would not be provided by this proposed development. In response to his further inquiry, Mayor Traboulay stated that sidewalks may be provided on Prairie Avenue and the City Engineer stated that this requiremert was being taken into account. Mr. We. Robertson, 3191 Rae Street, inquired as to the access to the subdivision and the City Engineer pointed these out on the map on display. Mr. Robertson also referred to the possiblility of flooding in the area and pointed out that the ditch along Prairie Avenue was very small. He also referred to the traffic hazerd caused by the planting of shrubs close to the paved portior of Rae Street. oe Me.T. Sull, 3254 Cedar Drive, advised of his conc2rn regarding the additional traffic that would bx generated from the development. | Mr. M. Murdock, 3167 Rae Street, asked when Fremont Street would be constructed and the City Engineer advised that this was presently being studied by the Province.
