SUBJECT: B.C. Rights of Way Coquitlam River Dyke Construction
(Public Works/Traffic Committee Meeting - September 25, 1990)

Recommendations

It is recommended that the Council for the City of Port Coquitlam authorize
His Worship the Mayor and the Clerk to execute the attached two agreements for.
the construction of the Coquitlam River Dyke across the existing B.C. Hydro
and B.C. Gas Rights of Way.

Background & Comments:

The Committee considered the attached memorandum from the City. Engineer
regarding B.C. Hydro/B.C. Gas Rights of Way and noted that. the Coquitlam River
Dyke is already constructed across these Rights of Way.. Therefore it: would be.
in order to execute the construction agreements with B.C. Hydro. . .
