DESCRIPTION: The applicants are proposing the development of a 12 unit, 3 storey-plus basement apartment building. The architectural style of the building is 4 inspired on the City of Port Coquitlam's Municipal Hall. : All parking is provided underground and 4 roof garden compliments the common patio space, to satisfy the bylaw requirement of providing sufficient usable open space.
