That City Council adopt a resolution issuing a Development Permit to Lot
22, D.L. 288, Crp 1 NWLD Plan 38351 permitting the property to be subdivided.
This subdivision requires the relaxation of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section
1001 M1 General Industrial Subsection (4)(d) Rear Yard Setbacks from 3 Metres
to 1.8 metres.

Fron the City Clerk, January 12th, 1989 regarding Sale of City Property
2354 and 2358 Whyte Avenue.

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reseived or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Ll. Parcel "A" (L83816E) of Lot 14 and Parcel "A" (H71707E) of Lot 15, both of
Block 3, District Lot 379: Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster District.
be sold by tender if a bid acceptable to Council is received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the
"Real Property for Sale By Tender” notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bids
if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is
appropriate.
