From the City Engineer, June 22, 1988 regarding Relocation of Concrete
Palisades on Citadel Drive.

Seconded by Alrerman Stewart:

That the existing concrete palisades on the south side of Citadel
Drive be relocated in accordance with the design proposed by Genstar.

That the estimated cost of $7,800.00 for the construction of the new
concrete palisades be funded from che 1988 Unallocated Public Works Capital
Budget.

From the Director of Community Plauning June 21st, 1988 regarding
Kilmer House Renovations.

That the architectural firm of Toby, Russell, Buckwell and Partners be
retained to prepare design drawings and a cost estimate report for the Kilmer
House.

And That monies for retaining the firm, $5,100.00 be taken from the
Kilmer House acquisitioa and renovation budget.

Rezoning Application No. 42/88 for 3591 Inverness Street.
