RECOMMENDATION:

WWHEREAS the tands hereinafter described are not required :for
municipa! purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 32, Block 31, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2039,
New Westminster District, being 1959 Coquittam Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. be sold to R.K.J. Construction, (Rajwant
Khangura), 1953 Manning Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at or ©
for the price or sum of $29,000.00; : : me

The adjustment date be May 20th, 1986, or earlier;

The possession date be May 20th, 1986, or earlier;

The Mayor and Cierk are authorized: to execute.the. documents
necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the
Corporate Sea! of the City thereto;

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

When the time for receipt of tenders for the above noted
property closed at 12:00 noon on Thursday, April 1Qth, 1986 .a
total of three tenders had been received. In. addition to the
tender offering the highest price (that would be accepted by
the resolution set forth above) tenders were received in the
amount of $26,600.00 and $26,510.00. Counci! members will
recall! that the “upset price" on this property was $26,500.00.
