"That the Explanatory Plans listed hereunder, prepared by R.D.
Lea, B.C.L.S. and R. Janzen, B.C.L.S, detailing exchanges of
Road and Property between the City and the Provincial Ministry
of Transportation and Highways relating to the construction of
the Mary Hill Bypass by the Provincial Government be and the

Same are hereby approved:

and southerly of Lot 16, Plan 11613, (Aurora Ave.), and part of
Lot 23, Pian 24074, alt of D.L. 231, Group One, New Westminster
District (March 2nd, 1982);

Explanatory Plan of Road (Aurora Ave.) northerly of Lot

Plan 24074, and southerly of Lot 16, Plan 11613, and Part

Lot 23, Plan 24074, all of DeL, 231, Group One, New
Westminster District (March 3rd, 1982); :

3. Explanatory Plan of portions of District Lots 231 and 232,
Group One, New Westminster District (March 30, 1982);

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the
said Explanatory Plans on behaif of the City and to aftix the

Corporate Seal. thereto."
