A By-law to amend the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials Collection,

Removal and Regulation By~law, 1976,. No. 1426",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
‘Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
Ls: | Clause’‘(a) of Section 10 of the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials

Collection, Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426" is repealed

and the following substituted therefor:

"(a) The charge payable by each. owner ‘and occupier of premises
for the service authorized by this By~law. shall be Seventy~
two Dollars ($72. 00) per annum and there shall be imposed,
levied and collected from each owner and occupier, a

special annual charge of Seventy-two Dollars ($72.00) for each

of the premises herein defined."

2. This By-law may. be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam
