15. Any notice, document or communication required or permitted

16. This Offer and Agreement which will result from its
acceptance shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
Laws of the Province of British Columbia.
17. This Offer shall be open for acceptance up to 5.200 P.M.
on February 23, 1982, and upon acceptance by the City signing a copy
of this Offer, this shall be a binding Agreement of Sale and
Purchase on the terms and conditions herein set
