That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, the extension of

Langan Avenue to Kingsway through the City-owned land shown on the

attached sketch be approved;
THAT the remaining unused portion of Langan Avenue Right-of-Way be
closed and consolidated with the City-owned land;
AND THAT the construction of Road "A" be a requirement for any
purchase of the City~owned land.

That as recommended by the Public Works Committee the trees on the

east side of St. Michael Street between Robertson Avenue and Angelo

Avenue be removed;

AND THAT the estimated cost of $1,000.00 be taken from the uncommitted
funds in the Public Works Budget.

Alderman Keryluk asked that the resident on Angelo Avenue be notified
prior toe removal of the trees and the City Engineer advised this would

be done. Alderman Muldoon advised she would like to see some of the

trees remain if possible.
