The Munfetpat Counc tt of The Corporation of the Clty of Port
Coquit denn will hold a Public Hoarding in the Councd1 Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 HeALLisver Avenue on Monday, July 28th, 1980

at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-law to amend the

"City of Port Coquitiam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By~law No. 1767: to rezone all those portions of Road

in District Lots 255 and 288, Group One, New Westminster
District, shown on Reference Plan 58961 as Parcels

VAN MB", "cor, pt, "E", "EF" "6G" and "H", from RT-1, RS-1,
or RS-2 to Pl.

The Property described above comprises portions of the
Marshall Avenue (now named "Tyler Avenue") Road Allowance

west of Brown Street, the Marshall/Tyler Avenue Road

Allowance west of Ryan Street, and the Ryan Strect Road

Allowance from Cameron Avenue to Marshall/Tyler Avenue

The rezoning is being undertaken to assist in ensuring

the continued use of the Property as a buffer strip between

potentially conflicting land uses.

A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents, may
be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,
on working days, July 17th, 1980 to July 28th, 1980.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by

the proposed by-law shali be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the
