Preposed Development - City Owned Land East of Coast Meridian

Council has over the last year prepared preplanning, scheme
for the Gity owned land cast of Coant Mer{dian and south of Victoria
Drive with a view to offering this land for development, The City
owned land in the area when consolidated will provide approximately
48 acrern,

This iu to inform Counedl that we are preeerding with the
preparation of a by~law and plan to abanden the roads and consolidate
the City owned Jund. Once thin ie done it will provide the bauis for
the eventual sub-division of the land Into the new configuration.

Tha by-law and plan will be ready for Cowneil in the next
few wauks,
