in Provincial Court on September 27, 1979 charged under Zoing By-law
#1651, having an Illegal Suite. He appeared in front of Judge Ivor
Brahaug and pleaded guilty, he was fined $350.00 for first offence.

Four other Illegal Suite Violations coming up in Court in the near
future. Note this type of complaint is on complaint information only.

Traffic tickets issued 137. 1-2 hour parking, 30 minute, overnight
S758 0b exceeding 4,536 kg and off street parking in residential zones,

Business licences in field only 20 - $470.00
Untidy and unsightly property being enforced lanes for rubbish ‘ect.

Swimming pools and fences being enforced for proper height.
