March 8th, 1976 Alderman Mabbett advised that he had given the City Clerk a considerable amount of data and a recommendation concerning self-serve gas stations for next week's Council agenda. Alderman Mabbett then expressed concern with respect to what he felt was an added eyesore at one of the entrances to the City; namely, a ™ high board fence on Kingsway at the C.P.R. crossing that has just recently been erected and he suggested that some method be found to prevent the con- struction of such unattractive structures at entrances to the City and to improve what presently exists.
