July Ist Kinsmen Sports Carnival

The Committee has met with the Port Coquitlam Kinsmen to
discuss the Sports Carnival and certain requirements which
will be needed for the event. This year the event will
take place on June 29th, June 30th and July lst 1974. The

following is a tentative schedule of events:

Saturday, June 29th, 1974.

1:00 P.M. - Beer Garden at the Recreation Centre with

dancing in the evening.

Sunday, June 30th, 1974.

Lacrosse at the Recreation Centre, with tennis and base=

ball being played at different locations within the city.

Monday, July Ist, 1974.

9:00 A.M. ~ Pancake breakfast at Aggie Hall.
1:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. - Baron of beef at Aggie Hall.

There will be free swimming at Centennial Pool curing the
day with various races for the children at Aggie Park.

A representative from the Port Coquitlam Kinsmen Club will
be in attendance to answer anv questions the Council may

have.
