That with respect to the submission to the electors of the "Nature

‘Area Dedication By-law, 1973, No. 1281":

1. Ronald Arthur Freeman, City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of
Poxt Coquitlam shall be the Returning Officer.
2. . Polling Day shall be held from eight o'clock in the forenoon to eight

o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, November 17th, 1973 at the followiug

piaces:
(a) St. Catherine's Anglican Church Hall, 2251 McAllister Avenue
(b) Viscount Alexander Elementary School, 3250 Flint Street
(c) Cedar Drive Elementary School, 3140 Cedar Drive
(d) Mary Hill Elementary School, 1890 Humber Crescent
3. An Advanced Poll shall be weld at the place and during the times

specified by By-law No. 956 of the City cited as the "Advanced Poll By-law,
1969, No. 956"; namely, at the City Hall from one o'clock in the afternoon
until eight o'clock in the afternoon on Friday, November 9th, 1973 and from
nine o'clock in the forenoon until five o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday
to Friday, inclusive, November 13th to l6th, 1973.

4. The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the
respective polling—-places is hereby delegated to the Returning Officer

appointed herein.
