as the site of a sewer treatment plant and to repeal By-law No. 704 Ju the

City cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sever Treatment Plant Site Reservation

By~law, 1962".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The reservation for sewer treatment plant purposes of the municipelly-
owned land more particularly known and deseribed as Lots Il and 12 of Lots 231
and 232, Group One, Plan 11613, New Westminster District, consisting of 9.56
acres more or less for sewer treatment plant purposes iz removed.

2. By-law Ne. 704 of the City cited as the “City of Port Coquitlam

‘Sewer Treatment Plant Site Reservation By-law, 1962" ia repealed.
