A panel including Bill Hut- ton, news director Radio Sta- tion CKWX, Jurgen Hesse, Editor Labour Statesman, Grant MacNeil and Clayton Perry, public relations de- partment, IWA, opened discussion on the basic re- quirements in the uses of all available media.
