That the third reading of Bylaw No. 2235 as given on February 16th,
1987 be rescinded:

That the said Bylaw be amended by striking out the expression "City
of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" wherever it appears and
substituting the expression. "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240";

That the said Bylaw be further amended by striking out the expression
MRS-1 (Single Family Residential)" wherever it appears and substituting
the expression "RS-1 (Large Lot Residential)";

That the said Bylaw be further amended by striking out the expression
"RM-4 (Multiple Family Residential)" wherever it appears and substituting
the expression "RM-4 (Apartment)";

AND THAT rhe said Bylaw No. 2235, as amended, be read a third time.
