Development Permit Areas", Sect: 1 "2. Development Permit Areas Designation". : 2.11 Dominion Triangle ~ Developwent Permit Area XII This area is designated as a Development Permit Area for the establishment of objectives and the provision of guidelines for the form and character of Commercial and Industrial development. (1) Boundaries North: Centre line of Dominion Avenue between centre line of Lougheed Highway and the Pitt River. Southwest: Centre line of Lougheed Highway between Dominion Avenue and The Pitt River. East: Centre line of the Pitt River between the centre line of Dominion Avenue and the centre line of Lougheed Highway. ‘The boundaries noted above are shown on Map ‘Schedule "co" of the Official Community Plan' as Development Permit X11 and in the Map ‘Development Permit Area XII' which forms part of the Official Community Plan. (2) Objectives The objectives of the Development Permit Area are: (a) To facilitate the orderly development of the area and to - encourage coordination of the siting, form and volume of new commercial and industrial buildings and their area for parking, storage and landscaping. : .
