Res Bylaws considered at Public Hearing Earlier This Evening: 7

The following Bylaws considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held
earlier this evening, are available for third reading:

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2452
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2453

Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of these _
bylaws foz third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The
Council may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or
delay it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the ‘.
hearing can be fully considered.

In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure it 1s not
possible for further representationa from the public te be received new that.
the Public Hearing has been adjourned.
