REQUEST TO APPOINT REPRESENTATIVE

Article 6.13 of the Reciprocal Insurance Exchange Agreement
requires that each subscriber appoint by resolution, one
voting delegate and two alternates to the annual meeting.
Those appointed may be elected or staff officials. The
voting delegate will receive a voting card upon registering
in Whistler for the MIA meeting. A voting card entitles the
holder to vote on all matters before the annual meeting and
to vote where eligible in the Board elections.

The Board must receive a certified copy of the resolution by
september 9th.
