A bylaw to amend the tedey of

1987, NO. 2240".

WHEREAS Council desires to amend the city's Zoning
Bylaw 1987; Noe 3240 ta provide for a utility district;

NOW THEREFORE the municipal Council of the Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts

as follows:

ie hereby amended as follows:

(a} Seetion 361 of City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw
1987, No. 2240, is amended by inserting che following
short form equivalent and gone designation in the
schedule shown therein immediately following the

(b} Part XI of the Bylaw is amended by adding, after
Section 1103, the following as Section 11043

"L104 UTILITY DISTRICT (P-4)

(1) USES PERMITTED:
utiiaties producing electric light, electric
POW, telephone, water, gas of close
oireuit television and public services
conveying sewage OF gterm water provided
that any such utility or public service
shall not contain any washroom, sink,
basin or toilet facilities or require BG

water, sewage or other public sarvices.
