(if) no loading or storage shal! be permitted in the front yard.
A minimum rear yard depth of 3 metres (10 feet) is required.

A minimum side yard of 3 metres (10 feet) in width is required provided
that:

(1) one side yard not flanking a street or lane may be reduced to nil,
provided that the other side yard has a width of not less than 6
metres (19.7 feet); and

(ii) in the case of a lot abutting two streets, the side yard along the
flanking street shall not be less than 4 metres (13.1 feet) in
width, and shall be landscaped and used in accordance with
subsection (3) (¢) (i) and (ii)

Off Street Parking

(i) Accessory off-street parking shal! be parking shall be provided and
maintained In accordance with regulations of this bylaw.

Off Street Loading

(1) Accessory off-street loading shali be provided and maintained in
accordance with regulatians of this. bylaw.

All industrial uses in this district shal! be carried out in
compliance with the City of Port Coquitlam Nuisance Bylaw.

The operation of ai! uses shal | comply with the environmental and
Public health performance standards of the Provincia! Government.
|# there is uncertainty whether a development proposed ina rezoning
application may conflict with these standards, the application may
be referred to the appropriate Provincia! Department for
clarification before approval is considered.
