That with reference to Property located at
1878 Fraser Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C.

legally described as Lots 2 and 3, Block 3,
District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 2423, New
‘Westminster District and owned by the Corporation
of the City of Port Coquittam:

That the imposition of a right-of-way in favour

of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam
in. the City's standard form over the east 3 m of
the aforesaid Lot 3 be approved; and

That an application for cancellation of the
interior lot tine dividing the said Lot 2
from the said Lot 3.be approved in order
that the said two fots will be combined
into one fot; 7

be authorized to execute. the necessary documents
therefore on behalf of the Corporation of the City
of Port.Coquitlam and to affix the City's corporate -
