The Municioal Councl! -f The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, In open

meeting assembled, enacts as follows: |

The recital of the "Mobtie Fol! Establishment Bylaw, 1975, No. 1396" Is amendad
by striking out the phrase "Section S4at where It appears therein and
substituting therefor the phrase "Section 91",

The recital of the Bylaw Is further amended by striking out the word "may" where
IT appears between the words "and" and "[pu and substituting therefor the word
"shal{",

Section 3 of the Bylaw Is amended by Inserting the word '"Mobl le" between the
words "the" and "Poll't where they first appear.

Section 3 of the Bylaw [s further amended by Inserting the word "statutor! ly!
between the words "thet and "preserlbed',
