Zoning Byiaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Munici | of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coqui i open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

That certain parce! of land situated in Port Coquitiam,
British Columbia which is more particularly described

The Comprehensive Development Plan entitied "Commercial
Developments ~- Pitt River Road and Harbour Street, Port
Coquitlam, B.C." and comprising a site plan and elevations
dated February 22nd, 1985 with revisions to April 22nd,
1985 prepared by Urban Design Group, Architects, under
thelr Project’ Number 517 is attached to and forms part of

this bylaw,

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1985, No. 2096",
