Collector of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
shall add to the unpaid taxea of the current year (exclusive
of the five percentum addition authorized by subsection (a)
of this section), in respect of cach parcel of land and the
improvements thereon upon the real property tax roll, a
further five percentum (5%) of the amount then remaining
unpaid,
The said unpaid taxes, together with the amounts added under this
section, are deamed to be taxes of the current year due on
euch Jand and improvements thereon, and the amounts added under
this section when colleeted shall form part of the general
revenue of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

5, This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitiam Rates By-law, 1980, No. 1756",
