BACKGROUND: - The subject properties are located between Victoria
| Drive and Lynwood Avenue, immediately adjacent to
the new subdivision on Huber. The layout of the
proposed development is consistent with the develop-
ment.guide plan for the Victoria Drive Area,

It is proposed that the road allowance of Kilarney
be cancelled. The question of disposal of the

road allowance is to be’ considered by the Land Sales
Committee.

RECOMMANDATION;: The Committee recommends that the application be
advanced to Public Hearing.
