That the Subdivision Plan of Lots 25 and 26, Plan 2225 and Parcel
"A" (Ref/By-law Plan 58822) of District Lot 379, and a portion of Lot
43, Block 5, Plan 21271 and Parcel "B" (Re£/By-law Plan 58822) of District
Lot 464, Group One, New Westminster District prepared by Robert M.
Reese, B.C.L.S. and dated the Seventh day of February, 1980 and wherein
Lots 94, 95, and 96 are created, be approved;
AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the sald Plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto;
AND WHEREAS by Order of the Minister of Munfiefpal Affairs a portion
of Parcel "B", Ref/By-law Plan 58822 Is included in the new Lot 95 to be
created; sald Lot 95 to be owned by Arthur Edwardson Photographers Ltd.?:
THAT the said Arthur Edwardson Photographers Ltd., be required to
pay the sum of $9,826.80 to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

ereated and wherein the said Lot 94 has a frontage upon the highway of
less than 1/10th of its perimeter, be approved;

AND THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted from che

mindmum frontage preser{bed under Seetsion 712 (1) of che Munielpal Aet

and the "City of Port Coguitiam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No.

992".
