November 7th, 1977 That as recommended from the Leisure Activities Committee, November 4th, 1977, the City continue the Joint Upgrading of School Fields with School District No. 43; AND THAT the School District be asked to renew the arrangements for 1978, Carried. Prior to passage of the resolution Alderman Mabbett inquired concerning the costs incurred in 1977 and the Recreation Director advised that the costs at Viscount School had been a little above budget due to the fact that. two small fields had been constructed rather than one large field.
