‘Re: Opening of New Swimming Pool Complex ~— Laurier Avenue

I have been advised by the Parks Superintendent that a leak has
developed in the circulation system of the new swimming pool and

that there will be a delay in the opening of this facility. Council
will recall that it was intended to open the pool for two weeks,
commencing September 2nd. It now appears that it will not be possible

to open the pool until Setpember 8th.
