Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Meyer stated his.

purpose in presenting the report at this time was to give the Council time to

‘absorb: it and stated he would be bringing forth recommendations thereon

shortly. Alderman Mabbett stated he had read the report twice and was not

_very enthused about it as just about all the content is old material.
