That the City purchase Lot 4, DL 379, LD 36, more commonly known as 2517

Wilson Avenue for the sum of $193,000.00 subject to the vendor retaining
occupancy of the property following completion at a nominal rent of $1.00 per
month fora period of eight months, ending March 15, 1992.
