It does not include fill, top soil or seeding. It is felt that the fill and top soil can be obtained at no charge from other City projects. A change order would be required to relocate the fence along the Works Yard property to the west side of the water couse. The cost of this change order has been estimated at $3,076.61. Citizen Implication: People who use Thompson Park will be most appreciative of any improvements that can be made to the existing situation at Thornpson Park.
