Under this bylaw, minor road and drainage irnprovernent projects for a specific year are constructed and financed from interest revenue gained froma $2 million reserve fund. — | . i It is anticipated that by April or May of 1994, the Special Public Works Capital Reserve Fund . will be fully allocated for 1994.
