The Regional Board will take such actians as it deems
appropriate and necessary to meet the objective that all
bylaws enacted or works undertaken by the Greater
Vancouver Housing Corporation, Greater Vancouver Hospital
District, Greater Vancouver Regicna!l District, Greater
Vancouver Sewage and Drainage District and the Greater
Vancouver Water District after adoption of a Regional
Strategic Plan be consistent with the principles and goals of
the Regional! Strategic Plan.

The Regional Board will enter. into such partnership
agreements with municipalities or others considered by the
Board to be necessary or desirable for the purposes of
implementing a Regional Strategic Pian.
