RECOMMENDATION:

That Council receive this item for information.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

At Council’s regular meeting held September 27, 1993 staff was request to provide additional
information regarding the proposed road exchange in the 3800 Block Vincent Street. (This issue
has been dealt with by the Public Works Committee). Attached is a previous report submitted
and approved by Council at its meeting held July 26, 1993.
