The Municipai Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. in open meeting
assembied, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

a) Lots "C" b) Lots 15 and 16
Block 14 Block 14
District Lots 289 District Lut 289
Group One Group One
Plan <080 Pian 2080
New Westuuinster Discrict New Wesumninster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Aparment) and the Zoning
Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect

This Bylaw may be cited for all s as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No 2F 72".
