Kukucha, representatives of the Sturgeon Slough Game Club who wished to address Council regarding a proposed Bylaw permitting the discharge of firearms on Douglas Island for the purpose of waterfowl] hunting. Mayor L.M. Traboulay suggested that the Bylaw be offered for first three readings. That Bylaw No. 2715 be read a first time. Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution: That Bylaw No. 2715 receive first two readings and that a Public Information Meeting be arranged. Carried.
