SUBJECT: REMOVAL OF YELLOW PAINTED CURB ON SOUTHSIDE COQUITLAM
AVE.ACROSS FROM KINSMEN HALL

Ammend Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117, Schedule A, Section 8
(Specific Parking Regulations) to reflect Limited Time Parking - 3 hours - 8:00 arm
to 6:00 pm - Mon to Sat. inclusive, along the park on Coquitlam Ave., across from
the Kinsmen Hall.

Install 2 restricted parking signs at a cost of $200.

At the PWC of January 21, 1992, the suggestion was made from Alderman Talbot to remo’ the
yellow paint from the curb across from the Kinsmen Hall located on Coquitlam Ave. west of

route into Vancouver, the parking restrictions on both sides of Coquitlam Ave. would prevent

Two options are viable for this area:

Option | Install 2 signs showing limited parking time - 3 hours - 8am to 6pm - Mon. to Sat.,

Option 2 Maintain existing bylaw No. 1117 Sec. 8, Reg.No. 2 for the area along the south
side of Coquitlam Ave. along the park. |
