THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY oF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2486 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Commun t y Plan has been prepared and after First Reading cf this Bylaw the Couneil has: (a) examined the amendmevt to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure Program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the “amendment to the Plan in conjunction with the Economic Sttategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy” to ensure consistency between them; (c) determined that no applicable wast & management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, ‘The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Couneil of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The designation of "Residential 2” 5 hown on Schedule "B” of the "“Offictal Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" 4S applying to : Lot 12 and Lot 13 District Lot 289 Group One Plan 9069 New Westminster District; is removed and the designation "Apartment 1" is applied. 2.
