A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Councii of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, euacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, Reitish
Columbia which are more particularly described as:

Lor 4 Parcel “A” (Bylaw Plan 67755)
District Lot 479 District Lot 479

Group One and Group One

Plan 18094 Plan 2145

New Westminster District New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM=3 (Townhouse

Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2940" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

Thig Bylaw may be cited for all purposes 4s the "Port Coquitian Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 224G, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2380".
