Dear Sirs,

One of the main purposes of a public hearing is to hear from
the public their informed opinions and wishes pertaining to the
proposition being heard, Section 957 of the Municipal Act has
established that notice Of a public hearing be mailed or otherwise
delivered to all Owners within a Specified distance from the area
in question. These Signatures bear witness that through some over~
Sight the proper notification was not undertaken, the result of
which tends to muzzle or restrict desired public input from those
in the neighborhood who might not otherwise be aware of the hearing.

It is for this reason, I hereby respectfully request this council
consider postponing that portion of tonight's public hearing dealing
with ammendment bylaw #2369, in favor. of holding same at some futiuge
date after proper notification has been enacted,

The subject of this hearing might be better aired ina new forum,
Say, Hazel Trembath School, along with Other i tamsecdmebtaiiennisec:
a hearing on, with my letter dated June 24,
