A By-law to amend the "Clty of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, JAN 12 1931

1979, No. 1651". .

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: )
1. The “oning Map of The Corporation of tha City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of. Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,

No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned

to:

Lot 744, North East Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, Plan
58541, New Westminster District;

assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 to the said property.

2. This By-law may be cited for all ‘purposes as the’ "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1980, No.

1797",

By-law No. 1797: to rezone Lot 744, North East Quarter, Section

6, Township 40, Plan 58541, New Westminster District, from RS-2

to RS-l.
This property is addressed as 759 and 767 Prairie Avenue and it is

expected that a subdivision of the property into cight single family

residential lots will occur following completion of the rezoning

procedures.
