4. Section 9 of the By-law is amended by adding "and, except as provided

for in Section 3 {c) herein," after "thereon",
5. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Refuse Materials Collection, Removal and Regulation By~law,

1976, ito. 1426, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1699".
