‘signal light at Flint Street and Prairie Avenue will be installed.

Alderman Keryluk enquired as to the jurisdiction of the City with

respect to the dangerous condition of the parking lot at the Northside

Shopping Centre and it was generally agreed that as it was private

property, no action could be taken.
