NOV 1 1976 -Mayor and Aldermen October 28th, 1976 R.A. Freeman City Clerk Re: Freestanding Sipn - 2063 Lougheed Highway ~ Brownies Chicken and Midas Muffler AU Ute et etiteo ler cree ‘We have discussed this particular situation with Mr. Chernoff and we wonder if the situation could not better be handled by an amend ich would be of general application and woul fronting the Lougheed Highway, that are one acre in size or less, two freestanding signs would be permitted provided that each Sign has an area not greater than 60 square feet; that the Signs are located at least 100 feet apart; and that each sign advertises a use occuring on the lot on which it is located and both signs do not advertise the same use, The suggested amendment to the Sign By-law would cover the present situation and Mr. Chernoff feels it would be unlikely to cause future problems, . May we have the Council's instructions please. it a) City Clerk SEER A RTS in PSTN th AFORE en Se ME TRON AA ga
