THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF P BY-LAW NO. 1474 OCT - 4 1976 A By-law to stop up and close to traffic a portion of Ulster Street shown dedicated ‘on Plan 2289 situated in the Southwest Quarter Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District in the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1b) of Section 513 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to traffia a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of » highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open mecting assembled, enacts as follows: 1 that portion of Ulster Street shown dedicated on Plan 2289 ‘ / situated in the Southwest Quarter Section 45, Township 40, New Westminster District, which may be more particularly described as follows: All that portion of Ulster Street in the Southwest Quarter Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District as shown dedicated on Registered Plan 2289 included within the red outline shown on By- law Plan sworn by Walter’E, Frith, B,C.L.S. and dated the Fifteenth day of September, 1976, a copy of which said By-law Plan is attached hereto; is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. 2.
